Duel-Key Unit Concept
I espcially like the idea of a Duel-Key Unit concept (see floor plan Type DK/DK1/DKG). This unit consist of a 2BR + 1BR in a unit. You can easily rent out the 2BR and the studio seperately. Or stay in either one of them with your own privacy.
Cabana Unit Concept
This is also an unique concept. It is a 2BR unit (See floor plan Type C) on the 6th floor on top of the mutli-storey carpark (1st - 5th storey) It has its own carpark lot and also facing the 50m lap pool directly at your doorstep.
